The 99-page “Path to Prosperity” budget plan released Tuesday by House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) doesn’t mention international diplomacy or development even once. But corresponding charts obtained by the Cable show that Ryan is proposing huge cuts in international affairs accounts over the next decade.
