Polls: Gingrich Rising Again, Tied Nationally With Romney, Ahead In FL

There's nothing subtle about the shift in the Gallup poll showing Romney and Gingrich essentially tied. Romney has lost much of the lift under his wings, losing an 8-point lead in a week. Gingrich gained 14 points. This isn't the first time it's happened. Late last year, Gingrich also led Romney before negative attacks on the former speaker by Romney drove his support down.
