The remaining Republican presidential hopefuls clashed fiercely over Iran’s nuclear ambitions in the final debate before the Iowa caucuses, with Ron Paul clearly staking out a position of non-intervention at odds with the others. But by some measures both sides are out of step with GOP voters on the issue.

Chen Wei was convicted of incitement to subversion over four essays he wrote and published online, according to one of his lawyers. The sentence appears to be the most severe punishment handed down in a crackdown to prevent the spread of Arab Spring-style democratic uprisings.

High Rates Of Pepper Spraying In Ala. School District
